Return Policy
After obtaining a Return Authorization please return item's insured to:
Include a copy of your receipt for the shipping and we will issue a credit to
your credit card or we will mail you a check if you paid by check.
Conditions
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for
return acceptance.

Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by
us.

Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be
otherwise defaced or damaged.

The ORIGINAL shipping invoice must be included with the
return. Without the invoice a store credit or exchange will be issued.

Defective Merchandise
Time Limit
Notify us immediately anytime within 30 days and we will give written
authorization to return merchandise. (Email or regular mail).
Insure Return Shipment
For your own protection, insure the return shipment.
Replacement Shipment
We pay cost of shipping exact replacement merchandise to you. Shipment will be
insured.
NOTE: Manufacturers' Warranties. Many Gift Premium incentive items are
guaranteed by the manufacturer for periods up to 1 year. All such products
specify warranty with the product. If such item becomes defective while in use,
the item should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement as
specified in the Manufacturer's Warranty.
