Defective Merchandise
Time Limit
Notify us immediately anytime within 30 days and we
will give written authorization to return
merchandise. (Email or regular mail).
Insure Return Shipment
For your own protection, insure the return shipment.
Replacement Shipment
We pay cost of shipping exact replacement
merchandise to you. Shipment will be insured.
NOTE: Manufacturers' Warranties. Many
Gift Premium incentive items are guaranteed by the
manufacturer for periods up to 1 year. All such
products specify warranty with the product. If such
item becomes defective while in use, the item should
be returned to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement as specified in the Manufacturer's
Warranty.
